Nicole Clare, Director of Housing Development at Settlement Housing Fund has primary responsibility for all housing development projects, including new construction and rehabilitation, and oversees asset management. Previously, Nicole was a Community Development Project Manager at Cypress Hills Local Development Corporation, where she was directly responsible for the development of affordable housing units.
Adam Hellegers is Associate General Counsel, General Counsel of the New York Affordable Housing Preservation Fund and a co-director of the Preservation development group at L&M Development Partners Inc. Previously, Adam was an attorney at Michael Levitt & Rubenstein LLC, the New York City Housing Development Corporation and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.
