Training & Consulting
Coro training helps individuals hone their visions for change and learn how to exercise leadership more strategically and with greater self-awareness. We work with leaders, both senior and emerging, across sectors and communities, to help them make new discoveries about how our city really works, learn to collaborate across differences, build culture and community, and make progress on shared challenges.
We developed our Training & Consulting practice as an extension of our commitment to our 2,500 alumni and change-makers across New York City and beyond who rely on Coro as a trusted partner and inspire us to do what we do. Through this practice, we design and deliver customized leadership training engagements for teams and groups that we can bring directly into your workplace or community. Our experiential approach sets Coro apart from other training providers, allowing us to create experiences that feel immersive, engaging and personal. These trainings will help you strengthen your practice of leadership and work together more effectively, while providing your team, organization, or constituents with shared language and strategies to help them more powerfully and effectively fulfill their visions for change.
